HOW TO ORDER
1. Each PH GO has an order form unless stated otherwise. Kindly click the provided link and read the instructions thoroughly.
2. After submitting the form, kindly wait for the order confirmation to be sent to your provided email address. Payment details shall be attached also.
3. Once your order is confirmed, your order code will reflect on the masterlist.
4. Payment must be settled on or before the stated payment deadline. After paying, you should follow the "Steps after Payment" stated in the email received and wait for the payment confirmation.
5. Lastly, kindly check #GLINTUpdates and your email from time to time for the updates regarding your order.

The group order manager’s name is Dane. With the support given by her family, she managed to organize all the group orders on this shop.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Policy
1. Any participation in GLINT PH services will constitute acceptance, understanding, and full compliance of GLINT PH’S Terms and Conditions.
2. GLINT PH reserves the right to accept or refuse any order request for any reason
at any time.
3. Only fill out the order form if you are 100% sure of placing an order.
Customer Policy
1. Processing of the buyer's personal information will follow the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as part of the GLINT PH’s Privacy Policy. Should the buyer be a bogus buyer or an offender, GLINT PH reserves the right to post his/her details.
2. GLINT PH will not be held liable for the incorrect details you had stated in the order form.
Payment Policy
1. Buyers who have not settled the payment until the given deadline indicate that the order is cancelled and they must pay for the CANCELLATION FEE amounting to Php300.00 or they will be recorded as a BOGUS BUYER. Any partial payments made before cancellation will be forfeited.
2. The buyer must always check if the Total Amount Due is correct. If there are no disputes, the buyer must only pay the EXACT AMOUNT DUE.
3. The buyer must follow the specified steps after payment. No proof of payment entails the buyer has not paid his/her balance.
Goods and Services Policy
1. All items that are shipped out are sealed our without damage. Thus, GLINT PHwill not be held liable for the product(s) with factory defect(s) or damage caused by the courier.
2. GLINT PH is not liable for any defects and missing inclusions caused by the production of the entertainment company/management.
3. GLINT PH is no longer liable for your goods once turned over to the couriers.
Shipment Policy
1. All group orders of GLINT PH are shipped overseas, unless stated. Thus, the buyer must be patient while waiting for his/her order to come.
2. GLINT PH will not be held liable for the delays from shipment caused by the international couriers or local couriers.
3. If the local courier fails to deliver your parcel whatever the reason may be, the buyer must pay for another local shipping fee.
Refund Policy
1. GLINT PH will only issue refunds if the item becomes out of stock.
2. GLINT PH will only issue refunds exclusively through the means of GCash to GCash, or GCash to Bank.
Exchange and Return Policy
1. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO ITEM REPLACEMENT. The video must start with
the item still inside the parcel, and the packaging is untampered.
2. The outbox/outer case is just for protecting the goods. Dents, scratches, and discoloration are not grounds for return/exchange.
3. GLINT PH reserves the right to deny requests for returns/exchange should the
value of the product(s) deemed depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal of label/tags, or disposal of product box/wrapping.
4. GLINT PH will only accept an item exchange if we sent you the wrong item.
Submission of the order form means agreeing to GLINT PH’s terms and conditions.

J&T Express, JRS, LBC and Lalamove
3. Do you do meet ups?
I do meet ups as long as you are residing in the Cavite area. Meet ups could be done in Cavite State University, SM Trece or anywhere near Indang. You could negotiate for another meet up place by sending me a direct message. Handling fee will be added to your payment depending on the location.
4. Do you accept combined shipping?
In the case that you'd like to combine your orders, kindly send an email to [email protected].

5. Can I still change my shipping information?
